The Balanced plans can accommodate up to 3 eliminations – ingredients that you cannot or do not want to eat. Other plans, such as Paleo, Pescatarian and Vegetarian do not offer additional eliminations.
Please be aware that the more eliminations you request, the less diverse your meals will be.
