Today on the Fitness Kitchen LA blog we are continuing on with answering some of our most frequently asked questions for those of you who may be curious about our no-contact meal delivery service. We are proud to serve up health-conscious, deliciously nutritious meals for the SoCal area. You can check out Your Questions Answered: Part 1 in case you missed it. Q: If I am a subscriber, do I need to order every week?

A: Your subscription is automatically renewed each week on Fridays at 11:59 PM. Should you decide to pause your subscription you can do so before that cut-off time. Contact us for details.

Q: Are meals always fresh and never frozen?

A: A Fitness Kitchen LA we only deliver fresh meals. Your meals will never be frozen. Each meal comes with simple reheating instructions for an oven or microwave.

Q: Do you have a sample menu?

A: We update our menus each and every week. You can visit Next Week’s Menu to see what we’re cooking up.

Q: What types of ingredients does Fitness Kitchen use?

A: We make all of our meals fresh from non-GMO ingredients that are free from preservatives, hormones, and antibiotics. We only use locally sourced ingredients and avoid gluten, dairy, and soy whenever possible. There is some soy and dairy in our vegetarian meal plan meals, and some dairy in our keto meals.

Q: What is your cancelation policy?

A: Cancellation requests should be emailed to us at Orders can be canceled for a 100% refund up to 7 days prior to start date. Cancellations up to 4 days prior to start will receive a 50% refund. Within 4 days no refund will be issued, however you can send your food to someone else local if you will not be home.
