Today we thought we would dig into some of our most frequently asked questions for those of you out there who may want to learn more about what we do.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to Los Angeles County (excluding areas north of Agua Dulce), Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego.
Q: How much are your delivery fees?
A: Delivery fees are based on your location and range from $6.00-10.00 daily.
Q: How often do my meals get delivered?
A: We deliver meals fresh daily – Sunday through Thursday between 5-11 PM.
Q: How are deliveries packaged?
A: Each delivery comes in a Fitness Kitchen insulated cooler bag. Each day when you get a new delivery, you will leave the bag from your previous order outside for our delivery driver to pick up.
Q: What if I have an issue with my delivery or need to change it?

Q: How much does Fitness Kitchen cost?
A: Our meal pricing starts at $9 a meal and goes up to $18. A meal subscription is the best and most cost-effective way to get clean meals delivered.
Q: Can I switch meal plans?
A: You can switch your meal plan at any time by calling us at 310-361-4689 or emailing us at email@example.com. Please note that changes must be submitted by Thursday at 9PM to be updated for the following week.
