At Fitness Kitchen, we’re firm believers that all calories are NOT created equal. While caloric intake is important as it relates to your fitness goals, our meal programs go a step further and are built around a specific ratio of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats). Each meal programs has a specially designed macronutrient profile to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, maintain your current profile or fuel performance and build muscle, there’s a Fitness Kitchen meal program for you.

All meals are delivered fresh daily for easy reheating in a conventional oven or microwave. We do not provide frozen meals as a service. To learn more about how to reheat your meals, scroll down to the question: How should I reheat my meals?

The Trim, Train and Maintain Meal Programs can easily be customized for paleo or pescatarian diets. While ordering the meal program of your choice, simply omit grains, legumes or meat in the card under Ingredient Omissions.

Another option is to order Chef’s Choice Vegetarian Detox Program, as it does not have any meat, whatsoever.

Please note that Chef’s Choice Trim Classic Program and Chef’s Choice Low-Carb Meal Program cannot be customized for paleo or pescatarian.

We feature new weekly menus on the website under the Our Menu section. The Our Menu section features the current week and the following week’s menu.

A weekly subscription is the easiest, most convenient, most cost-effective option for eating clean, wholesome meals – no meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning.  We’ll charge your card on a recurring weekly basis, and you’ll receive uninterrupted deliveries while enjoying Southern California’s favorite meal delivery program.  You can skip weeks of your subscription if you’re traveling or simply want a break and you can cancel your subscription at any time.

In order to redeem any coupon code used when ordering from Fitness Kitchen, you must subscribe for a 2 week minimum of delivery service. A 2 week minimum order is required to redeem any coupon code used.

Daily Delivery fees are based on your zip code and location. Depending on where you live within our delivery area of Southern California, daily delivery fees range in cost from $5.50 to $9.50. Please note that we only deliver in the Southern California area and are not nationwide.

Click on the “Order Now” button on the homepage or on any meal program within the site and the site will automatically ask you to input your zip code to confirm we deliver in your area.

All changes to weekly recurring subscriptions must be made through your account by Thursday at 9:00pm PST for the following week’s deliveries. Clients are responsible for submitting account changes, no adjustments can be made after Thursday at 9:00pm PST. Fitness Kitchen clients will be responsible for all charges relating to any order processed after the cutoff date/time.

All meal programs are delivered fresh daily. We deliver a days worth of meals every morning by 6:00am to your home. We do not disturb, call or text customers while making deliveries overnight to make the 6:00am morning deadline.

Fitness Kitchen delivers OVERNIGHT to homes across LA County (excluding north of Agua Dulce,) Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside County (excluding desert regions,) and San Bernardino County (excluding mountain & desert regions). We cannot provide delivery-time guarantees, however, most deliveries arrive by 6:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE that we do NOT disturb, call or text customers while delivering during the night, and it is your responsibility to provide us in advance of your start date with a code, key or FOB if one is required for property access.

Please place your empty cooler bag with re-usable ice packs back in the designated delivery spot, the same spot you requested we leave your meals. Our driver will exchange your empty cooler bag with a full bag of new meals. Do not include meal containers in the cooler bag – please recycle the containers on your own. The driver will not pick up bags filled with used containers. If you miss one night of leaving your empty bag out for pick-up, don’t worry! Just place 2 empty bags the following night.

Chef Marieno encourages you to use your own oven-proof cookware to reheat meals in a conventional oven at a maximum of 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes whenever possible. While our meal containers are microwavable, they are not suitable for a conventional oven. When you opt for the microwave, heat no more than 2 – 3 minutes at 50 percent power with the lid removed.

  • Chef’s Choice Vegetarian Detox Program: 45% Carb, 25% Protein, 30% Fat
  • Chef’s Choice Low-Carb Meal Program: 25% Carb, 40% Protein, 35% Fat

If on a paleo version of a meal program then the fat and protein increase. Grams of carbs decrease.

Meals are 100% gluten, soy and dairy free. Non-GMO and free of preservatives, hormones or antibiotics. We use locally-sourced ingredients only that includes grass-fed beef, free-range poultry and eggs, wild-caught fish and peak of the season produce that is certified organic whenever possible.

All meals are a combination of lean proteins, complete carbohydrates, healthy fats and ample portions of vegetables and fresh fruit.

Want to avoid meat? The right choice is our Chef’s Choice Vegetarian Detox Program. This program is plant-based and includes free-range organic eggs as well as small amounts of organic, NON-GMO dairy and soy.

Subscribers can receive $50 OFF their next week of deliveries for every person referred by them that purchases a meal program from Fitness Kitchen. We allow one $50.00 referral credit to be used per week, no stacking. For instance, if a subscriber has $100 in referrals, they receive $50 off of one week at a time, meaning that $100 would apply to 2 weeks of service at $50 each.

In order to participate in our referral program, subscribers must email the names of their referrals to info@fitnesskitchenla.com, as we track referrals only via email. Once a subscriber’s referral has made a meal program purchase, the $50 discount will be applied to that referee’s next week of service.

The Trim, Train and Maintain Meal Programs accommodate up to 3 eliminations – ingredients that you cannot or do not want to eat. None of our 3 Chef’s Choice meal programs offer any eliminations. Please be aware that the more eliminations you request, the less diverse your meals will be.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING WHETHER ANY FOOD ALLERGIES MAY OCCUR.  Although we will provide ingredient lists when requested, Fitness Kitchen is not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions you might have to our food.

If you are on medication or under a doctor’s care for a medical condition you must consult your doctor before beginning a new meal program. Meal programs are not meant to replace or supersede any doctor-prescribed diet program. Fitness Kitchen’s programs do not replace a physician’s advice; if you are using our meal programs as part of a doctor-prescribed diet, you shall be ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with such diet. Furthermore, if you have diabetes or other medical conditions of any kind, you shall be responsible for maintaining your diet to ensure compliance with the requirements of such conditions. Our meal recommendations shall not be deemed medical advice.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to us at info@fitnesskitchenla.com. Orders can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to 7 days prior to the start of your program.  For cancellations up to 4 days prior to the start of your program, Fitness Kitchen will refund 50% of the program cost.  Within 4 days of your program start date, no refunds will be issued; however, you can have it sent to someone else.

We accept all major U.S. credit and debit cards.  If you opted in for a subscription, you will be automatically charged on a recurring weekly basis, on the Friday prior to each week’s delivery.
