Fitness Kitchen LA is incredible. Some context – I have a gluten and dairy sensitivity. Because of that I became a part-time vegan. But soon after it dawned on me that eating vegan doesn’t mean it’s gluten-free too. It’s exhausting trying to eat around restrictions like mine. I struggled until I heard about Fitness Kitchen LA. I used a discount for the first week (with a 2 week minimum subscription). It’s so nice to wake up and see a cooler on your front porch with fresh meals in it! Every day! The food is so yummy – the chef makes a fantastic steak (I’ve had several steaks over the course of my subscription and they’re perfect every time). The variety is great – lots of vegetables and occasionally a g/f pasta or rice. They help you to “eat the rainbow” and it’s filling too. I didn’t snack between meals. I lost 2 inches around my waist in just 2 weeks. And I felt satisfied and energized. Fitness Kitchen LA has helped me to realize that I don’t need to be vegan – I can eat meat and fish and still be healthy and lose inches/weight. The best part (aside from the steaks!) is the service. They’re very understanding about food restrictions and omissions (you get 3 omissions per week). This has been the easiest way for me to get a handle on what’s best for me, and feeling great is the big bonus. I’ve referred a few friends who are happy with them also. It’s worth a try…
