When he moved to Los Angeles from NYC in 2007, Tom Aaron experienced a physical transformation with the help of Tom Nelson. Nelson was the first trainer to ever tell Tom what, when and how much to eat. That nutrition knowledge enabled him to fly past his health and fitness goals and get into the best shape of his life.
Tom wanted to share his experience with as many people as possible. A native of Gainesville, Georgia, he’d always loved cooking, and had even attended the French Culinary Institute and the Institute of Culinary Education.
But as his career as a marketing executive took off, he did less cooking while trying a variety of meal delivery services. None of them met his standards, because they didn’t factor in his specific goals, his fitness program, or other variables specific to him.
Out of that experience Fitness Kitchen LA was born, and with it, Tom has realized his dream of helping people optimize their health and fitness while enjoying top restaurant-level cuisine. Tom loves to remind Fitness Kitchen LA clients “When you feel good in your body, it’s amazing what you can accomplish.”
