Fitness Kitchen is changing the way people think about meal delivery service. We create menus with diverse meals curated to fit your needs, that are a part of your lifestyle journey. We bring you clean, restaurant-quality food so you feel good – while helping you discover new flavors and favorites so you never get bored.
Our Story is a SoCal Story
Before it was Fitness Kitchen, it was a tiny kitchen in a little apartment in Los Angeles. Our Co-founder Tom Aaron wanted to bring a radical idea to the masses: delicious, flavorful meals that could power your body cleanly without having to think about it. He teamed up with Executive Chef Marieno Iorieo and soon, they were making flavorful, nutritious meals that were begging to be shared.
Today, our mission remains the same: Fitness Kitchen delivers thoughtfully curated meals to fit any lifestyle – whether you’re keeping Paleo, vehemently vegan, or anything in between.
We get the SoCal lifestyle. You’re up early, you stay late, and you work hard. You want clean, restaurant-quality meals that give you the energy you need. And you want your meals delivered fresh, without any of the stress of cooking or planning. Fitness Kitchen is here to help you on that journey.
Chef Marieno’s vision is clear. He’s passionate about creating locally-sourced meals that are made from scratch using seasonal ingredients.
All meals are freshly made, non-GMO, free of preservatives, hormones or antibiotics. We only use locally-sourced ingredients including grass-fed beef, free-range poultry and eggs, wild-caught fish and seasonal produce that is certified organic whenever possible.
Clean Eating Done Right
You deserve high-quality meals that fit your lifestyle and don’t sacrifice flavor. Eating clean should be easy, accessible, and most of all, flavorful. With Fitness Kitchen, you can have it all.
We have teamed up with National Health Foundation (NHF) to provide and deliver family-style nutrient-rich meals each day to NHF’s Pico-Union and mid-city facilities.
NHF is one of the leading providers of recuperative care in Los Angeles County. Founded in 1973, NHF works within communities to eliminate barriers to health, address the root causes of poor health, and advocate and empower under-resourced communities to find solutions that lead to lasting change. Embracing the guiding philosophy that health begins where we live, learn, work and play, the organization’s advocacy and work focuses on four key areas: housing, food access, built environments and education.
